Do you want an iPad 2? Of course you do! And more importantly, I want to give you one! I’m trying to promote awareness of my short sale services and my recently acquired ChandlerHomes.com. In order to do so, I’m giving away an iPad 2. It is my goal to give away more than one, but I can only do it with your help. To get started in the contest, please use the form below. Official iPad 2 Giveaway Contest Rules:
1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Each person you refer gives you one point. There is an additional bonus point for short sale referrals. Contest begins April 16th, 2011 and ends on July 31st, 2011. Referral does not need to sign any documentation, but must demonstrate interest.
2. WINNER SELECTION: Here’s how to win. The person(s) with the most points at the end of the contest will each win an iPad 2. For every 10 contestants, I will contribute an iPad 2. For example, if there are more than 20 contestants, I will throw in a 2nd iPad. Likewise, if we get more than 30 contestants, there will be a 3rd iPad.
3. PRIZES: The winner(s) will receive a brand new 16GB Wi-Fi iPad 2.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified within 7 days after the determination date via their registered email address. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. A list of the top winners will be posted on chandlerhomes.com website. Only the username of the winners will be disclosed.
5. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to all entrants that meet the following criteria:
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age
- Entrants must provide a valid email address
- Entrants must facebook-like ChandlerHomes.com (top right of page) and Steve Trang, Realtor here
- ChandlerHomes.com reserves the sole right to determine whether or not users qualify to participate in the contest and may disqualify participants at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited by law.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The winner may be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form within 14 days of notification. The winner may also be required to complete and return a W-9 for tax purposes. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner. By acceptance of the prize, the winner consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. ChandlerHomes.com reserves the right to change rules and conditions at any time during the contest for any reason.
7. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. ChandlerHomes.com in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the voting process, the operation of this Web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
